Join the crowdfunding campaign next June 2024
From Scratch Tactile we strongly encourage everyone to make your own kit using the designs you can download here! There are already many of you who are doing it!
Even so, every week we receive messages from educators who would like to be able to obtain the complete kit. For this, we are very excited to announce that next October 2023 you will be able to support the project on Kickstarter and get your kit (we are making efforts to offer international shipments, from Barcelona).
Let's bring creative programming to everyone!
From today, it is now possible to view, download and upload your own projects by Scratch Tactile!
Scratch Tactile wouldn't be possible without a creative, caring, and collaborative community that imagines, creates, and shares.
You can now see the community projects here!
We are working on the Scratch Tactile pilot network. How exciting! Special education schools, infant schools and primary schools, networked with maker spaces and people with a passion for technology and education, collaborating together for socio-educational inclusion with Scratch Tactile!
75 educational centres in Spain from the regions of Catalonia and the Basque Country will be members of this pilot programme.
Contact us before October 1, 2023 if you want to join.
On December 10, 2022, the official presentation of Scratch Jr. Tactile took place, in the assembly hall of the Montserrat Abelló Library in the Les Corts neighborhood.
The event was attended by representatives of the educational sector, public and private entities, the Scratch Foundation, teachers, among other attendees, and issues of vital importance to our society were addressed, such as: the reduction of inequalities and the reduction of the digital divide, the accessibility of educational digital environments, and the challenges of challenge issues.
We are already looking forward to presenting this new educational resource, which we are going to present on December 10, 2022 at the Les Corts Digital Manufacturing Athenaeum in Barcelona.
To attend this presentation you need an invitation or prior registration. If you wish, contact us through the contact form. Contact.
